Jump on the metal block and destroy the breakable wall ahead with a bomb. Grab a metal block and place it beside the scale where you got the small key. Now, open the chest to obtain a Knight's Claymore. Grab the first metal block and transfer it to the other scale to raise the scale you're currently on. Grab another metal block and use it to get on the lowered scale. Grab one of the metal blocks and place it on the inverted scale nearest to an unopened chest. Grab the key from the chest on the lowered scale and open the door with 3 metal blocks inside.
